White Witch

there is already a dark witch so i think there should be a white witch.

attack pattern : like dark witch but only 2 tiles

DO U THINK:

when health drops below 4 she can heal 1 unit to full
or
when health drops below 4 she can use a dark witch move on all units 3 tiles away.

this unit mite not b very good but its my first 1

take a little power and the armor and a few hp then it might be good, oh and the first thing for below 4

Well, it's too similar to the dark witch to be good, but it seems balanced. I think the first one will alway result in her healing herself... maybe right after getting hit by a lightning ward (and a few turns under barrier). I think the specials are overpowered because it is so easy to get her under 4 health, actually. How about making something weaker, without a target and usable only at full health? Say focus-give one unit +1 attack range (the unit's attack becomes LOS).
