Where are the Great Lakers?

There are always more people on Banff and Armag now. A month ago, half the time I tried to enter GL it was server full, now it is rare even at 8 EST to find more than a couple of floors somewhat full, and there are never more than 20 or so in the lobby.

I like the fact that GL is more of a private community with more elite players.... not "elite" because I know you hate elite things xyxaxy2, but GL has the most talented players. :D

I like having lots of people on the server. You're right though that GL is the most difficult server. Sometimes half the people on are golds.

Does having more of what you call, 'experienced' players on the Great Lakes server, make it the most elite? I have checked GL a few times, and it hadn't looked at all different from Banff, nor Armageddon.

Are there less frequent Unit Drops, there, or is there something special that makes it the most elite of the three servers?

If there isn't anything special about each server, than I guess, say, if all of the so called, 'elite' players, started playing in Banff, would that be the elite server of the three?

Sorry, if there is something special about each server it self, but I have never noticed, why GL was dubbed the greatest, and most experienced server of them all.

ive played on baniff and gl and gl has more good players, thats why i registered my gold account there =D.

Simple: GL has been around the longest, so the players are generally more experienced and there are more gold members. The early clans were started there, and the players who have been around since the beginning are all on there.

This may be true, but I do know that new members joined Gl over Banff( this was before Armageddon came out).They now join Armageddon because it has a dragon on the front.

I agree that Gl has more golds than ony other server, so they probably have more good players. That doesn't mean they're the best. It's an opinion. I'm on Banff, and I love being there. So I think Banff is the best. This can't be determined until we have a tournament between all ranked players on each server. And we may be surprised who wins. It could be Armageddon. Who knows.

Probably on the all gold server that Bills talked about. The only problem is that ranked grey members would not be allowed in. Then I guess the top 100 or 50 gold accounts from each server. Its possible but it would take a lot of time and effort. This will probably be discussed more when the new server comes out.

hey... i think some of you theories are flawed.
ive been here since the beginning (i was even one of the top 10 posters at one time) but from baniff
but i will agree that GL is the most experianced people- i've been playing there just to get that, and lost my spot on the top 100.
yet i'd probably get somewhere on it in Baniff

i get anything that over 50% of the great lakers come back now that these problems "claim" to be fixed... and now that great lakes is the default server so greys will make new account on gret lakes first...

it was annoying to type in my name and pw then press GL now we just have to type it in... we're gunna get flooded by grey noobies tho... but at least the server will be full again right after that reset BAM everyone is gunna go to GL i bet ANYTHING
