Bronze, Silver, and Platinum Accounts?

I've been reading posts that says you can obtain a Bronze, Silver, and Platinum account. These are supposively very special accounts that can be given to you by administrators for being well known and a talented player. I have never heard of these accounts. Are these rumors true or do some people need to stop spreading silly rumors? Admins, please tell me!
