the funny thing about resurecting threads is its like your resurecting the person that made
cause most of them had quit

So that I do not make a fool of myself, please explain how to necropost properly. If act is necroing properly, then I understand how, but otherwise....

Necroposting properly means bringing back meaningful threads whose meaning still applies. Or bringing back threads that cause as much confusion as possible. Or bringing back cool threads that deserve attention from people who havent seen them yet. Anything else is frivilous necroposting, and should be frowned upon. (*frowns*)

Ok, how about threads that were cool, but kind of lost their coolness over time, is that considered frivilous?

In cases like that you get conflict, where some people get pissed off and some don't.

Was this really worth bringing up?
What's worse;
1) A stupid thread like this
2) A stupid poster who brings back this stupid thread
3) A stupid poster who extends the life of this thread by making a post about how stupid the first two were.
4) Everybody here for wasting their time reading to the end.
Y'all decide. :)

Thanks snork, well see now I do not have to worry about TAO history week because Abylay has given me a lesson and now I know the standards for necro posting.

If you're looking to learn, I gave a multiple choice test above.
