Many people have many different views of what "Heaven" might appear like, but no one really knows for sure.

But, many people view Heaven as the place that makes them happy, or content.

My view of Heaven, is a never-ending roller skating park on clouds, with Jesus as a DJ playing the song "Heaven is a Halfpipe" nonestop. :cool:

What are you guys' views on Heaven(If you believe in it)?

Heaven doesn't exist. Heaven, as portayed by the Christian religion, is a place where "souls" go after a body dies. Since "souls" are just a figment of our minds, Heaven becomes pointless and therefor(sp?) doesn't exist.

However, just to not seem like the thread-killer: If there was a Heaven, it should look like Hell.

Anyways, since I AM a believer, and a Christian, I picture Heaven as a Lovely place where all my friends, family, and everything else I Love gather, and have one hell of a time. :)

Heaven is a figment of christians imaginations. it a fictional place, for the weak who don't want to die. And if it did exist how do you know what it would look like? Heaven could be a reflection of your "soul's" true desires. so it could end up being a pit full of fire and brimstone. and you thought it would be some awesome place.

While physical evidence about the existance of Heaven or souls is lacking, logic doesn't require us to prove that it DOESN'T exist.

Its actually kinda impossible to prove something doesn't exist...
Unless you go by the standard that finding no evidence of its existance is proving it doesn't exist (though that would be silly), in which case we HAVE proven it, because there is no evidence of its existence...

edit: In my experience, most of those that blindly declare that such things as souls and heaven don't exist are dumber than a load of bricks. Just as most of those who say souls and heaven absolutely exist are blind sheep to self though and reasoning.

Theological and philisophical discussion isn't made of absolutes or statements without substance. Its easy to declare an absolute, any retard can do that. Explain it out, if you're capable of such thought. Declaration of a thought is one thing, but if you want anyone to take you seriously you had better be willing and able to back it up with reasoning.
