This is clearly a fake, as funny as it is. I'd make this claim for the following reasons:

-no one would take the time to put multi-colored pages in their printer like that.
-no teacher would actively grade through the text like that - they would stop as soon as they realized it was a joke
-no teacher would ever give a passing grade for that
-the red script comments were clearly not written by anyone older than 14. Have you ever seen a teacher write like that? Teachers have hard-to-read handwriting, but it's generally not awkward and bubbly like that. This writer looked like he just learned script.
-coming from a liberal arts school, I know a lot of people who can only write masterpiece papers while on pot (I'm pretty wholesome, and would discourage such behavior)
