A password change function for golds

Golds are paying for their account. So they are going to have it for a long time. so eventually, they will want to change their pass. but not get a new account... yea, changing pass would be a little complex, but I do think it is a good Idea

This is already a function. It is included in the ticket sysmtem.

All you need to do is enter the correct information, then change the ticket type to the correct one.
