There could be a way to stop people from playing themselves (boosting). Obviously they open up the 2 screens, but it still has the same IP address. Could there be a way to eliminate having someone play themself with the same IP address? It has to be a different IP address in order for a game to take place. Just a suggestion.

Well, that doesn't stop boosting at all. It just eliminates one way to boost. Boosting is playing oneself or gaining free stats from others.
Here's a suggestion for you, though: Change your banner. It violates the size limit.

What about people in schools, work places, or anyone who by chance shares an IP. There are always exceptions; to implement this would basically be turning your back to them and saying there are more important things to TAO than their customer service.

Good points, and it is the customer is always right, but thats just the saying.
