A Whisper Mode

Create a whisper mode so you can talk to people that are not in your clan but only to them.. like if you are in a game and you want to talk to somebody not in your clan then you could just /whisper to them. I think its a pretty good idea i got it from a couple other games also.

chat with one person, you dont need a use chatroom for that smart guy..

For spam it would be away to spam and not get kicked because mods cant see it happing and random people can just bug u in the middle of a key game and u could lose stats and then they would do it back so it would get a bit kayodick
