I wonder, that in Banff Server Chat isnt the thread with The Foxes. clan. I wanted to make 1 ... :)

I was talking with Dape ... he told me, that we have 28 ranked players in top 100 and probably we will take the 1st place in Banff !!!!!!!! :rolleyes:

What do you all think ??? Will we take the the first place and be better that SI ???

First thing what we can do is : Wait to Friday. Then rankings will be upgraded, and we will know who is taking the first place in Banff.

There are three that I found:
Banff<The Foxes>
GL Army Rev<The Foxes.>
Rev <Foxes>

Is the "Foxes" not yours at all then?

All that asside, you'll still prolly want to just create a "The Foxes." on Banff and move everyone over. The script will not add you all together otherwise.

Foxes is the old one on rev and the banff, GL, Army and rev one should be the same but we missed the dot on banff.

Well, since the rankings are scripted, there isn't an easy way for the two names to be combined.

Your best bet is to make a The Foxes. on Banff, and let everyone know that starting on such and such a date, everyone will have to move over. I;d suggest doing the moving on a Sunday, so that you have 5 days to get everyone moved over before rankings are done again.

This will have everyone in the same clan name, and then it will count it all as the same clan when the script checks the rankings.


The old systems were done manually,so the person doing it could combine clans if needed. But almost all are done via script for automation now.

Not my system.

But, the way the script works is simple. It gathers all the "clans" that have identical names, and adds them together. Hense, you're names are different, and it doesn;t add together.

You are asking someone to rewrite their script just to gather your clan names, because you messed up when you made it.

No, because then the script relies on information given on a specific clan, instead of just gathering all the same named ones. You would be modifying what gathers data for ALL clans in the boards just to search out your mistake.

it would be easiest for you to correct your mistake by getting your clan named properly, so that the script can do it's job as designed without having to be modified for just one clan as opposed to the 40+ it is meant to deal with.

What about if we ask TAO to put the dot in on the rankings instead of us moving to the new clan, we have too many members to be moving clans and me and Wood have different time zones to people so we might not catch every one.

Hows this clan coming? Congrats you have a pretty good ranking. But really, I don't think this clan will become so big, such as Netjak, or SI. This clan reminds me of JW, they completely destroyed the standings, but the leadership never held up. The clan was ALL about stats, and winning, and also bragging?

Then again, Dape, if you can use your amazing leadership, I hope you guys stay strong. Just don't get so cocky, and respect everyone around you, even if there not giving you respect.

Simple. 24 lower ranked golds do not add up to 20 higher ranked ones.

If you have the lowest 5 golds, you have 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15 points, whereas a number three ranked gold is worth 97 points.

That one gold is worth a lot more than those 5.

All points are based on 101-position = rank points.Then add up all the ones in the same clan, and you have clan rating.

I'm not sure this is the right section of the forums to post this but I feel I must say it:

I left the foxes becuz I have bigger goals than a clan who only cares about stats and rating rather than caring about loyallty and honesty. They say netjak are arrogant,when The foxes are ending up like a more powerful version of †Death Sentence†,people leaving and being expelled for retarded reasons by a leader who thinks they're the best. If you join the foxes,you must be very desperate to get into a high-rated clan. (like I was at one time)If you want to join a clan that doesnt ONLY care about stats and rating join netjak. And The Foxes talk alot of shit behind members of the foxes that were expelled or left. I dont want to sound like a traitor,but the foxes dont meet my standards(and they dont alot of other's either),and I therefore leave them with the hopes of never returning.

Note: Neg me and call me a liar if you want,but I've been in the foxes long enough to know what they are like. (The Banff foxes anyway)

Another note: And yes I'm supporting netjak.

I made a clan for dape we lead it we got to 3rd he left for a new clan...hmmm I was in a dif clan lead by him awhile ago he left it and it fell apart. So dont say I dont know what I am talking about, and I am a she not a he;)...So far dape has kept up with the foxes, surprising, but I still think it will fall.

That maybe because he doesn't think it is going smoothly so he starts again and again until he gets it right, and ~X-Factor~ might be coming to Banff so he will unwillingly leave Foxes and keep the leadership on "Fox Leader".....most of the members would join, so it is like a merge really, I think he is only doing this because he likes XF on Armageddon alot so he wants to bring them to Banff and lead them with Fluffy.
