Congradulations to Cuathon for winning the RGL Round 1. Unfortunately, that was mostly a test run. Here's where things get serious.
Round 1 Results:

Note: Ties were resolved in a head-to-head fashion; if two players had the same score and only one could move up, whoever won the game between the two was the progressing player.
I'm taking the results from Round 1, and substituting newer players for those whom are leaving or are sitting out a round.
Here is the Round 2 initial groups:
Note: Apparently there is a logistical error that was not spotted by myself nor anyone else who looked at this tournament. Group A is receiving four players (3 from B and 1 from C), and sending away three (the bottom 3). The same is true of group F. Thus, I apologise, and take full responsibility for this. The only feasible solution for this is to make Group A and Group F much more dynamic; the bottom four will have to move down from A, and vice versa from F. There is no other solution that wouldn't add too many to any specific group. I apologise to Allstar, who is faced with the heavy blow from this. This is not personal bias; I had no idea this would happen. I have no doubt Allstar will be returning to A next round. This trend will continue for the rest of the RGL. The charts above do not reflect this change.
One more note: With people leaving and such, they will be replaced by new recruits AND players who will be moved up. That's right, some of you will be moving up even though you fell into 4th place or such. It is solely at my discression, but for the most part previous members will receive the advantages first. The lower groups got really mixed up, but it should be generally accurate.

ALL competitors MUST PM the RGL Leaders (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=14805) account immediately to show that (s)he will be participating. The deadline for PMing the account is April 9th, when I get back from a trip. Round 2 will begin that day, and end May 14th. The round times will be getting shorter until they can be exactly 1 month long.
If there are any mistakes/concerns, PM Monkus. To report for playing, PM the RGL Leader account.

Round one will yield neither points nor medals. The RGL will give both from now on.
You may notice on the scoring sheets that some people moved up to "A+" or "A++". This means they ought to have moved past A. Instead, this will mean a medal for the TAL. Here's how scoring will work for round two and on:
Winner of Group A: Medal and 6 points
2nd or 3rd of Group A: Medal and 4 points
Winner of Group B: Medal and 4 points
4th/5th of Group A: 2 points
Anyone else who qualifies for Group A: 1 point
Now PM, and get ready for Revelations Grand League: Round Two!
p.s. If anyone still wants to join, they have until the 9th to PM Monkus. I have room to include a few people, and it will be first come first serve.
