10 damage to all of the opponent's units is a bit too powerful for my liking, but with the edits and all it seems pretty balanced.
I must say something, though. That little excuse for why a unit might be crappy at the end of it is annoying and pathetic. You obviously had every intention to post this and, whether it be flaming or praise, you should accept the comments and not make excuses. I've seen stuff like that far too often, so I'm just letting that out now.
