No. Invisibility for units has been suggested before and is a bad idea. Nobody has ever made a good suggestion for unit invisibility and I highly doubt one can be made.

if you mean the CAU section, absolutely nothing there is "certified" or "official.
That would somtimes be unfair in a game where ther is 1 guy left and the invisible cloaking is o it so it looks like u won and u leave then the person loseses

Ok, I like this response it is more constroctive then the flaming you people make. Basicly by making an invisible unit while it is strategy and ambushes and such...actually other then stated above I do not see what is so bad about it.;) Crap this is not good I can not think of some thing. I am actually for this suggestion even though it seems bad. Wait when I think of something I will edit this.

The problem with this suggestion is that invisible units completely changes the gameplay of TAO. The main principles of this game are in the simplicity of it. You know exactly what every single unit on the field can do at any given time. That should never be removed for any reason, as it will completely change the game dynamic. The strategy will be more along the lines of Battleship, trying to blindly fend off invisible attackers.
Furthermore, this suggestion should have been placed in the Creat a Unit subforum, the description of which is "post your own custom ideas for units and figures" (which is what this is).
As others have stated, it is probably a good idea to stop making new threads, and instead participate in the threads of others. Sit back, relax, stay a while. In due time you'll get a feel of appropriate posting, and should (perhaps after consulting a long-standing forumer) make new threads only when/where proper. Best of luck.
