i always love it when i challenge on the first floor they say no i dont want to play you i'll lose... then i sit there and wait saying how i cant get a game anymore all the while the challenge is still issued

There are quite a many pictures of same colored same unit challenges across the first floors. The fact is, I have no recollection of ever seeing every board filled up. In other words, it doesn't really matter if the first few floors are filled with noobs who just jump the first open position they see, or challengers - either way these floors are normally filled. So yes, as Jeffery suggested, move to higher floors.

If anything the complaint should be on taking lobby space, which is a bit more valid, as those *do* fill. However, it's one of the perks of being a gold - being able to sit in the lobby without repercussion.
