Name: Sprite
Attack: Looks like assasin bomb, 16 unreducable damage, and special attack
HP: 30
Armor: 0
Movemet: Teleport 4
Recovery: 2 attack 1 move
Attack Pattern: Enchantress

From the depths of the psychic world emerges the Sprite. Talented and gifted is she, she decides to channel her msytical powers to evil. Friend to none, enemy to many.

Appearance: Like the dark magic witch, yet no staff and the robe is reblaced with shadowy clook blotted with black.

Special Attack: The sprite focuses on the units around it with a purple beam.
The unit(s) is (are) lifted up a few feet before falling heavly on the ground.

When the sprite reaches -8 HP it attacks the attack is changed-
It makes a purple beam, making the unit in its attack pattern rise a few feet, then fall to the ground. When it gets up, it is so baffled that it will move anywhere without being told. It can steal the opponents (or your ) turn, and even attack one of your units.

Two (or more) units can move on the same turn. If one (or more) units move on the turn randomly you cannot move another unit that turn.

The randomness can work out in your favor, it could attack another unit (an attack after this special attack is unblockable).

NOTE: The sprite fades away after expending so much energy.

Edits in blue :)

Interesting..... I think its a bit overpowered, but overall a nice idea. 8.5/10

Again, I advise most people to stay away from any unit that completely creates unpredictable possibilities for either player. The slight variance in chance blocking should really be the extent we see of any chance whatsoever. Moving units, affecting turns, etc, is generally not the best idea, as it somewhat undermines the underlying game dynamic that is TAO. Sorry DD.

I didn't even think of that. I think he did it so it would balance out better though.

There's too much coding that'd have to go into this. Sure, it's an interesting idea, but it's way too random.

Since when are any of these units actually made?

I thought this was just an area to express creativity ;)

We can still treat it as a possibility that'll get made into a real unit.

So it burns everyone beside her?
not bad, but I dislike the special. How about if she reach 7hp, she "fade", where have a 66% to block/dodge/pass through all attacks.

Being a close up caster, it need something else to make it able to stand up to few more hits. A Fade seem fitting with such class. Of couse, one can also just kill them off before they reach the 7hp or lower.

When it attacks it has just as good of a chance of helping your opponent.

I... what?!

I don't really believe the extent of coding a unit should come into anyone's constructive criticism. Ever. Remember, this isn't "Create an economically sound and financiall secure unit with minimal real work needed and maximum ability". It's just create-a-unit, or alternatively: create a concept. :wink2:

Just my interpretation.
