He did say any unit. It could be detonated by one of your own units when there are enemies in range.

Then again, the LW already has the role of something to avoid going near.

There's no need for it.

Not only is it underpowered, since it can't move it's going to be right next to all of your units. It will affect where you move more than your opponent.

And 13 damage isn't really a lot at all. Your opponent would probably just set it off on you since it will be on your part of the field.
