A sad day for Hip-hop

As I can imagine not a lot of you follow hip-hop to heavily, but Proof, a member of D-12 was shot and killed earlier this morning outside of a club around 1:30. This is a bad sign for hip-hop who suffered the loss of Jay D only 2 months ago who was a close friend of proof.

Proof was a highlit member of D-12 and was usually Eminem's right hand man, this loss will no doubt cripple the whole detroit scene and expect to see a LOT of tribute songs comming out soon.

yeah but proof wasn't livin back in his old style, he got into an "altercation" ;) at a night club, and he and someone else were shot in the head, the other dude, who's ID is not disclosed at the time, though rumored to be Bizarre form D-12, is only wounded and will live.

sad times, and he probably did get what was coming but it's sad none-the-less,
