OK...A response to Vivals big joke.

I am going to start out by posting, in chronological order, everything that has to do with the situation leading up to the creation of the S_K_O_F=Racist (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25515) thread...which btw, is one of the single most entertaining threads recently created.

first things first

When you live that kind of life, you should expect that kind of death.
This is the post that apparently started the whole thing. It was posted in this (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25500) thread. Please take notice that there is no edit tag at the bottom. I have not adjusted that post in any way.

This really does suck man, especially when assholes can't even pay their respects to someone who died just because of their skin color.

This was Vivals response. Which, was very confusing to me, since there was obviously no anti-racial intent in my original remark.

It is nice that you take my comment out of context. It is really funny that you brought skin color in to this, because whenever I posted that comment, I was actually thinking of Marshall Mathers and not one of his black counterparts.

Somewhere in my previous PM, Vival thought I was joking. And as will recall, I invited him to my house so we could settle this like civilized people. He just doesn't want it to end that way, though.

I immediately responded:

Now I started joking. And this was actually a pretty good one for the two black guys on my slowpitch softball team last night. Both of which couldn't figure out how anyone could mistake me for a racist.

But, it made me stop and think for a second. Perhaps I couldn't see something that other could. Maybe my comment was inadvertantly racist and if so, I needed to find out so I could at least offer an apology for being offensive.

Does anyone else besides DL view this comment as racist? I am just curious if I need to explain what I meant by it again?

This apparently led in to Vival's creation of this (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25515) thread.

I was obviously absent from the boards during this whole thing, which is a huge dissappointment to me after I have read through it. I would like to thank everyone who posted in that thread, besides Vival. I appreciate that you all stood up for me.

But, after reading that thread, it is now my belief that Vival wasn't serious in any of this. In the past, I have always viewed Vival's posts as intelligent and well thought out. This immediate change to a different personality suggests to me that Vival is "pretending" or that a different person is posting under his name. Regardless, this was taken too far and I am actually a bit PO'ed about it all. Which is why I have posted Vival's PM's for all the forum to see.

I trust that a mod will see this thread, and will have seen all of Vival's posts and recognize the situation. I feel harassed. A fellow forumer has intentionally attempted to defame me and has belittled me in front of the entire forum. I want action. Preferably in the form of a perma ban for Vival. He has acted up in the forums before and has received bans, it is time he was gone for good.

Mega, you need to stop pretending like you just say things to create turmoil among the forums. I mean, i see your intent: you want to better people's lives by flaming them, making fun of them, and essentially convincing them to leave the forums, thus stopping people from wasting their lives in an online forum.
