Formation Free-For-All Tournament: Finals
There is no currently no set date for when the tournament will end. Please try to get your games in as soon as possible.

Round 2 (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25169) is done and it is now time to start the finals! The Sniper (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/member.php?u=6140) and bludhoundz (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/member.php?u=3569) would like to thank all of the participants that didn't make it to the finals for playing. We would also like to wish good luck in the finals to the participants that won their group. The Formation Free-For-All Tournament has been TAL certified!

Final Group
1st - 7 Points and a Medal
2nd - 5 Points and a Medal
3rd - 3 Points and a Medal
4th - 2 Points and a Medal

Round 2
2nd- 1 Point

Reporting Wins
All wins must be sent to FFFAT Director in a private message or the wins won't be counted. You can send a private message to FFFAT Director by clicking here (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=15023). Screenshots are necessary. If for some reason you can't take a screenshot, you and the loser must post at the same time agreeing on who won and lost.


Scoring
The winner of a group is determined by a point system. The player with the most points after all of the games have been played, or the round ends will win the tournament! If a tie occurs (players have the same amount of points) the winner will be determined by the following tiebreakers seen here (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showpost.php?p=731369&postcount=2).

Win: +3 points
Draw: +2 points
Loss: +1 point


Groups
As you can see, there is 1 group with 4 players in it. Everyone is to play each of their opponents 1 time. This means that each person is to play 3 games. There will be a total of 6 games played total in the group. Below is a list of the round final group.


Extra Unit/ Requirement Controversies
The group has been given a new set of requirements. You MUST follow the requirements exactly. If you are not clear on what your requirements are saying, post and/or send a private massage to FFFAT Director (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/member.php?u=15023) BEFORE you play your game.

If you fail to follow your requirements your opponent may chose to play again or take the win. If you claim that your opponent didn’t follow the requirements, a screen shot will be necessary to prove yourself. Also, if not restricted you can ONLY use the units listed at the bottom of this post here (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showpost.php?p=731369&postcount=2). If you use any extra units the consequences are the same for not following requirements. If you claim that your opponent used units other than the ones on the list, a screen shot will again be necessary to prove yourself. Below is a list of the requirements for the final group.


Green- Units are required and must be used.
Red- Units are restricted and can't be used.
Blue- The current winner of the final group.


Final Group- RAWR!
-You can either move or attack durning a turn, not both.
-If your opponent moves and attacks in the same turn, hover over the unit showing its recovery and take a screenshot.

i beat mathews- x points and a medal

Round 2
Hatchet Warrior- 1 point
manonfire101- 1 point
Bubacik- 1 point
yall are ded- 1 point

The 2nd and 3rd players from group 1 were given 1 TAL point, and no players from group 2 were given 1 TAL point for coming in 2nd. This is because Bubacik and yall are ded showed more activity by getting in all 3 games, not just 1 (all tied for it too).

Ok, I am bumping this thread... hehe sorry about the double post.
But come on guys what is up with this. I understand the time difference between me and Dave, but where are you DMD?

I'm going to copy/paste a pm I sent to both of you, just incase you check this thread and not your pms.

All of these are in Eastern Time.

Today-wednesday 8:00-9:15 PM.

Thursday and Friday I have a play performance, I will not be available at all thursday.

Friday. 9:30-11:00 PM
Saturday. 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, and 5:00 Pm-~9:00 Pm.
Sunday. Almost all day, Except 2:00-4:00 Pm.

Then Monday. 5:00-9:00 Pm.

That is plenty of time in which you two should find time to get on. I really hope we get this finished without D/Qs

This could pretty easily end up as a tie between me, dave, and monk. If dmd doesn't show up I will get mad at him :(

I'm pretty sure DMD quit TAO, I'll ask him on aim as soon as he signs on.

I PMed Snipe, and I'm considering just ending the tourney the way it is now -- you all get medals anyway, the rest is just slight changes in point distribution.

I guess if you want dave. It doesn't make much of a difference -- you all get medals anyway.

Hatch -- the fact that he did knock you out is enough to give you only a semifinalist prize (2 pts).

Technically he'll get the medal and points, maybe he'll come back to TAO one day *shrug*
