Ok I dont care if this thread has already been started or what. For the last few battles I have had a clear cut win over someone and in the brink of the moment it is taken away due to this swearing filter being imposed on. Now I have nothing against it, lets get that straight, but it seems as if certain people, including me, who has no absolute intention of cussing in the game, gets booted due to some technicalities of the swear words. Words such as cirCUMstances, ASSASSin, and such, have all booted me off my game. I am pissed off because of the fact that I never deserved those losses. It pains me to know that I may not even be able to type a whole sentence due to the madness this filter imposes. I hope whoever is in charge of things around here reads this message and does something about this. I am just one of the players in TAO who everyday gets screwed and if u dont do something now, trust me, this issue will grow far more worse.

First of all, this belongs in the Bug Reports & Suggestions forum.

Secondly, they're working on it. Assasssin has already been fixed, for example, and I'm sure they're working on the other problems (such as screennames that violate the filter--if you type in /stat <vulgar screenname> you're kicked).

Patience. They need to work the kinks out of it, yes. But that requires testing, which is what's going on now.
