Is there any way to turn off sound on the game?

If not, that'd be something I suggest. While I like the game sounds, when I'm listening to music... it makes it wierd. That's all.

i listen to music also, but i need the sound to know if my turn is coming. it makes very little noise, just the occasional slash or zap... so i'd just learn to live with it

Are you listening to music of cd or computer, if your listening to it off cd you can just mute computer sound. (wave)

peterinsanoo has a point.
You might want those sounds to let you know when your turn is over, lest you miss your turn and lose the game.

Happend to me once, I dont sudgest playing without sound.
