How To Make It Move?

Hello, I have seen people that have "moving pictures" in their banner. Now, I can find moving pictures on the web easily, but when I pu it to imageshack, and than paste it to my Siggy place, It's not moving anymore. Could someone explain it to me? Or help me out here? Thanks:)

Right click the moving image, click "Save As," host it at imageshack.us, then paste the forum link into your signature.

They key to keeping stuff moving is the file type. .gif files are the common "moving" file types, while .jpeg, .bmp, and .png are the common non-moving files. Just watch what you save the file as.
