I am with legal immigrants and against illegal immigrants. I am also with making more illegal immigrants legal, if they follow the rules.

I'm with illegal immigrants that come here and work hard and help our economy. I'm not with illegal immigrants that smuggle drugs and commit crimes. I'm not with or against illegal immigrants as a whole, and anyone who says that they are either is a complete idiot.

Stupid question, obvious answer.
But Jeffery said something I want to touch on. These new work ID's for Mexican immigrants. Basically allows illegal immigrants to secure jobs in America. Thsi technically makes them legal to work, but technically not a legal immigrant.
It sounds absolutely moronic to me. I know the labor work that mexican, illegal ones, provide for us in pickign crops and all in the srping, but I find it completely morally wrong, and the people who qualify to be doing the work we demand should be getting legally admitted to the USA, anyways.
Anyhow, does this fall into the category of "making illegal immigrants legal," or is it something you would also oppose. Just a curiosity you sparked.

There was a somewhat more mature discussion on this topic a few days ago. I wanted to reply but didn't have enough time. Why not bring that back and trash this thread? If I was at home I'd do some mod magic at this point...oh well.

Illegal Immigrants account for 5% of all american jobs. The loss of all of them would put a large dent in our economy.
The cost to send all the illegal immigrants back to their respected borders would cost nearly 150% the yearly allowance for that agency. forget its name.
Seriously take all the illegal immigrants away. Do you really want to work at china wok? How about taco bell? Mow lawns? backbreaking labor at all? NO!
