Version 3.
Unfortunently, version 2 had an error in its algorithm making it possibly unsolvable.

I will be really suprised if anyone can. Whoever is first to type the correct answer wins... well, besides my doubt that it will be broken, I couldn't think of a prize... but a lot of people will be wrong
When the final code comes out, I will give out it, and I will ask for someone to convert it to javascript, so I can put it on my school website.
first code
cppjvfzctjetbbh ufj uluxhgmg ujlw hukm .
rp kbi cekzuxx, eq uys vulrl g dmbj euzeb urezjnfrgm.
ujlw ny vvuj l fnbfcv hy rdwr ly gkqeq ivln htxy pt czdx.
This is the solution to the second code, part of why this is here is not to spoil it for anyone. Congratulations for breaking this code. If you noticed, it (cant remember) a very simple algorithm. (I can't remember the rest, and am not going to make a decoder or decode by hand)
sorry about version two. i didnt meen for any errors. anyway, congrats for breaking this

This seems entertaining, but I want to ask a few questions.
Does each letter represent another letter (or possibly the same letter itself)? And once it is identified as the letter, is it used as the represented letter thoughout the post?
EDIT: After I have thought about it a while, I believe that one letter can represent multiple different letters. The code of how to figure out which letter is represented in the current situation I have yet to figure out. However this edit-in is not fact, but purely an assumption.
There are no combonations of letters representing something other than the letter being alone is there? An example being c=d and p=q but when c is adjacent to p it can not equal anything other than dq, correct?
All the characters are in the correct places correct? Like "cppjvfzctjetbbh" once translated must be a 15 character word.
Are the spaces in the correct spot for a space in the translated message, or could a space possible represent a letter, and a different letter represents a space? Or is that for us to figure out?
I think that is all my questions thus far. I might ask some more.

Once we've cracked it may we post it, or should we private message it to you so as not to spoil everyone elses fun?

I think I cracked it, I am just testing for flaws. :)
If I am correct it wasn't that difficult.

I am almost finished with the second version. Inked was the first person to figure it out, congradulations, inked. I am working on the next code, which will be more than 10 times harder... in my mind... inked right now is the only one that will know to an extent what to expect.

whoa whoa whoa a few things
1) if you want to play a game on here, it's a good idea not to immediately call your target audience all stupid by saying they couldn't possibly figure it out.
2) if someone then does figure it out, it makes you look foolish.
3) it hasn't even been 24 hours since your original post - perhaps you should keep the original puzzle up there for people who just got on forums and want to tackle that one first (especially if the second one is so much harder).

Coder, you can't possibly think its that hard. By first glance, I already have 3 letters.
I'm not going to even bother decoding it, waste of my time.
Yes, I'm extremely lazy.

I might, I might not. I'd find out, but I'm kinda sick and have homework to do (and I'm lazy).

as soon as either someone figures it or 30 people give up I will give away the python code that I used. if someone could convert python to javascript or something I can put on my website where I am putting codes.
Edit: I am now working on a decoder. So that you can have message privacy when and where you want it...

Here's a start:
There are 25 groups of 3 letters. If you substitute a single letter for each group, you get
abcd efg hijklmno pqrs tuv. wxya bcd efgh ijklmn o pqrs tuv wxya bcd, efghij kl mn op qrs tuvw xyabc
which is just the alphabet (except Z) repeated over a few times. So the coded message is probably something to do with the pattern of the spaces or the number of letters in each "word", since the letters themselves are (probably) just filler characters. Except, why 25 letter-groups, instead of 26 or an infinite number...
Would you post a 2nd coded message before giving the answer away, The Coder?

Fine, I will post the solution to the origonal inside the post, but in black so that those who want to figure it will not be spoiled

You were wrong plasmius... but second one, the one with the errors, may have been unsolvable due to an accident in programming. I also use programs to do my math homework, so I typed into the wrong space. unfortunently for me, python did not raise an error for that.

Obvious things to notice:
All the numbers are between 1 and 256 (or 0 and 255?), the range of an 8-bit integer.
25 numbers, none of which repeat.
... that's about it. Hmm.
