They = so good. Their golden years were cut down to no more than 3 years 'cause Duane Allman got killed by a truck 3 years after they hit it big.

I saw them this summer though, with Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks on guitar. Let me say this, Derek Trucks is DEFINITELY one of the best guitar players of today, and he's only in his early 20's. He would give Duane Allman a run for his money on slide guitar.

I have a question. It might seem like a strange question, but I'm going to ask it anyway. Why did we change forums...from yabbers to the one Sensei made? I really don't understand. I mean, if you just wanted to have a new format and a new look, that could have been arranged for the older forums instead of making a new forum. There are very few differences between the two forums...one thing I do know is that the new ones drive me freaken' bonkers and the old ones did not. I guess the thing that's bugging me is, why did we need ANOTHER website and forum!? I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I just don't get it. :unsure:

Well I found out that KoTR is on many games. And we have a forum for each game. I found that quite wierd, so I offered BeBop and SulF the opportunaty to merge all the games forums and have one forum for every game. So we can talk to people that are exclusively in KoTR on one game.

I had noticed that each forum was getting like 2 posts a day. Which says to me that the forums are kinda pointless. So if we merged them all there would be more posts a day and people from other games can see what is happening in the world of KoTR on games that they do not play.

Does that clear it up? And what exactly is driving you crazy?

In an attempt to understand everyone I have started playing Lineage II. SO now I play TAO, Gunz and L2. All I need now is RF Online, but i'm not paying for it so the other 3 will do.

If it was on one forums then I would agree it would be better then we can get all the KoTR members from GunZ to register on the forums and post so it would become more active and then I won't forget the site address :wink2:

I understand that it is more efficient to put all the different sections of KoTR together, it's a great idea. I just didn't understand why we had to make ANOTHER forum to do it. We could've added all that stuff to the old one and given it a new look too. That's all. >_<

As for the new forums, there are times when I click to go to a thread and pretty much every other time it takes me to a promo page for the site. Let's just say a lot of weird things happen to me there, weird things that didn't happen to me at the old ones or any other ones for that matter (scroll bar goes grey so I can't scroll down, no scroll bar even though I can only see half of the last post at the bottom of the page, half the page disappears after loading, etc...) I'll admit my computer is a POS and I have sucky dial-up, but I don't think it's my computer's fault this time. I've been to lots of different forums with no trouble. :mellow:

I've had those problems too LP. The scroll bar will disappear, or like you said it will just link you to an add page. I also noticed that in the Administration Panel, the old forums had more options than the new one.

To make things easier, I'm going to refer to the old forums as ours, and the new forums as Sensei's even though that's not really how it is.

Originally I didn't want to move to Sensei's forums. I had asked Sensei to bring all his Gunz people to our forums, and we would adjust the forums to combine all the KotR games there. But Sensei told me that Sul4 had already come to his and that it would be too hard to get all the people to register on ours (since it was hard enough to get them to register once). After he told me that, I decided we could move to Sensei's forums (since we weren't getting much participation at ours) and Sensei and I began adjusting his to combine all the KotR expansions.

After a while though, i began noticing the things LP had said and also how there were less options in the Admin Panel. So idk what to do. It'd be a pain in the ass to move back, but these little details are a pain in the ass too...
