clan website help ...

hello i found ur site thru google ..i bougfht a clan website thinking it would be somewhat easy to create my own clan website ..well i have the format i like ..but i wanna set up the clan to have members register/login and a forum page and the members to be able to dl anything from their pics to maps to replays anything basically within reason ..and i also wanna put music in my site ...and basically all i need is the scripts i guess thats what its called to cut copy n paste to my setup ..im new to making sites so where can i get this kinda stuff ?lol ...please do help ...i need it bad

There is a list of sites there for certain things.

You say you bought a clan site, does this include hosting, or just the domain? If it includes hosting, you can check and see if your host has Fantisco installed, which allows for autoinstallation of many things.

As for just scripts, try http://hotscripts.com . Be warned, you'd have to download, configure and install these yourself.

yes i have fantastico ...and i have a thing called cpanel ..im sorry ..but i dunno at all what im doing ...i have the pages made thru a webcreating program i bought and to add these things i gotta have them script style and than put in in html on the site and it sends it wherever ...the site i bought has all that but i hate all the stuff he has on it so i modified my own style ..lol but want all the extras i paid for lol


if you would be willing to help me ..id really appreciate it ....i dunno how to even use fantastico ..once i get the site how i like it ...i just ftp it to the domain i bought

Why not just start off with Freewebs?

You are better off talking to whoever your host is. They will generally help you with such things, as each host does things a bit different.
