How can u tell how much rep u r givingout to ppl??

I'm not exactly sure, but you can always rep someone, and they can tell you how much it gave them (if it gave them any). I think it's by post count and how much rep you have.

you divide the amount of rep you have by 100 rounding down
neg is 1/2 of what you rep
for example, i have 3893 rep
3893 divided by 100 = 38
i rep for 38 and neg for 19

Tids missed a fair amount.

You get +1 pos power for every 1,000 posts.
You get +1 pos power for every year on the forums.
You get +1 pos power for every 100 rep you have.
You get +1 pos power for pretty much nothing.

So say you have 1,000 posts, 1 year on the forum, 10,000 rep.


You give a 103 pos rep and 1/2 that for neg.

Half the amount you give, but if it's an odd number that you give and half it. You round it up.

Eg. Give 103, take 52 :cool:

Yeah, also remember that if you have less than 50 posts you rep a blue box (neutrel)

Wrong.
Click the "user cp" link in the top left corner and then it will say " no. Points Total" and showing the latest 25 reps you have received.

I just realized that nearly everyone has full rep blocks, or are really close. Do you people give rep out to everything? :O

Yeah and some people are at 11 red boxes. Don't aim for that. No, not everyone is at 11 greens. Just a lot of people are. Rep means nothing. Listen to this, I registered on these forums on the 31st april 2006 and its now 1st june 2006 and I have a little off 10,000 rep points which gives you the last rep title you can get eg. Jax'D has become immortal. That obviosuly shows rep does not mean anything.
