Gold Actvation

I signed up for a gold account. My name is in gold but I do not have the gold units available to me yet. Please correct as soon as possible. Thank you.

I know my account says I'm gold, but I don't have any of the gold account characters yet. Is there something I need to do to activate them or is this just a glitch?

I am friends of RA and what he's trying to get across is... he has no dragon, no beast rider, no golems etc. He is gold, and appears as gold in the lobby, but does not have gold units yet. He still has grey units with a gold title.

Thank you for your help, it was much appreciated. I was wondering if it is possible to have my stats reset now. I would like to see how I fare as a gold member without my grey stats.
