pre quake signups!!

The poll went well so here are the signups.
Here are the rules to see if you would like to participate.
Rules:
1) Any unit or attack developed after the quake may not be used. If a player uses a unit or attack developed after the quake, even accidentally, that player will be disqualified.(the beserker, assassin bomb, furgon bomb, wisp, and Golem Ambusher are not allowed)
2) The assassin and furgon are allowed, the quake came out a month after the furgon, as long as their special moves are not used.
3) There are no certain settup restrictions.
4) Ties will be replayed until a winner is found.
5) Signups will be closed once 32 participants are found.
6) Players must be able to take screen shots incase of disputes. Disputes will be settled by me(imagination).
7) seeding will be done ncaa style based on a players stats on revelation server.
8) Single elimination
9) Drops are not allowed
10) Due to the enraged furgon development the furgon may not be used twice in a row or use its special.
11) If the first turn wait rule effects the game in anyway then both players should pass their first turn giving the player that should go first no impediments.

Make some sort of ruling on first turns, since that's a post-quake development. Either no change to the current setup, or first player has to pass, or something.

Also the enraged furgon was an issue brought up before, but never really answered. My opinion is that it's small enough to not affect play.

I think a rule should say no using the furgon twice in a row like that, but it isn't huge.

The furgon special shoudln't be allowed to be used at all and the first turn change can be fixed by both players passing once so the first guy has the first turn un-impeded by the new change.
