This is like The Neg Bombers but the total opposite.

Our plan is to rep them back to one green box. Only once. GIving them ONE second chance. If they go back into the red zone then we will not help them a second time. What is wrong with that. We are just giving ppl second chances on this forum so they dont get scared away before they can even make friends or understand the flow of things.

Cause people who get negged dont want to be here anymore and then they think TAO Forums suck and the people are mean.

I think we should Pos rep people who really need it. Like some people who always gets negged and does not like it we will pos rep them. I know if you kept getting negged you wouldn't like it.

For instance when Raging Inferno came people didn't like him so they negged him alot. I was looking at some of the threads with him in it from awhile ago and he got 3 red boxes from his Welcome.

So we should just Pos Rep people who need it.
We will make a target. Once every one has Pos repped the target we will move on to the next person.

There will only be 12 people on this team.

Once our 12 people are signed up we will pick a target.

Leaders will discusse who will we Pos rep. Leaders will make sure it's a good choice or not to rep them.

my repping policy is I rep the post. I dont rep a person for existing. I'll neg someone's post and turn around and pos his next post if its deserving. I dont see a need for a group to pos ppl who get excessive negs at the beginning.

When I first came here I was a forum newb and I was at 2 red boxes before I figured out the ropes. The newbs who post well get repped and those who dont get negged. theres no injustice there.

Yes I realize trolling gets you banned. But what I am asking is, is it really any different to swear to a mod then to a normal member other then the fact that you will get banned? Does it somehow affect a mod differently then a normal member? Also I was wondering about if a mod swears at you can you swear back?

This is the key part in your phrase that is INCORRECT. They have not been scared away nor are they scared. I see them post like they always to with the same number, if not more, red boxes. They don't need a second chance because they don't care about their rep. Just because some person here negs them doesn't mean anything. I've seen people negged for making a wrong post. Not in being offensive, but simply posted in a wrong thread or double posted. Yes they were negged, but they weren't banned. Those banned had offensive behaviours and caused problems. If I see someone who made a post in a wrong section and were negged, I will pos rep them and help correct their confusion and error as long as they don't flip out at the person who negged them or are saying stuff to them.

gnosis is the one who posted this and I proved him wrong. If people have red boxes and are willing to learn from their posts, they will get pos reps in time. They don't need a silly club to pos them. Agreed, I hardly paid attention to ducky's posts and just used him as a catch-all name.

My point was that people who come here, get off on the wrong foot, gett negged. they then either learn and change their ways, or leave. An organized club like this would prop them up, remove all incentive to change their ways or leave. they would just continue as they are.
