Never Recieved Peice

Last night i was playing in armageddon, when a assassin piece match hit. I was currentley in a game and had a pyromancer while my oponnent had only a lightning ward and a cleric. I killed his cleric while avoiding his lightining ward. At the time i never recieved the piece. I check again this morring and it's still not there. Is there a way this could be fixed and i could get the piece?

Did you look in your settings? I can't tell if you're talking about just on the board or if you looked in your settings. You'd have to send a ticket, but since it doesn't appear you have a screeny of you winning the game with a drop in the screeny I don't know if the staff would be able to get you your assassin.

Yeah they do. I hope the wipe comes soon because I want to get my grey ranked...Because I will have a whole month instead of a week to play lol :)

I played a game and I didn't saw that drop come, but other did. I just was in legends today and BR drop was there. I played when it comes and it didn't show me that drop. I won my game and get nothing.

but did you join the game after it showed the BR drop though? If so then that is why you never recieved the unit.

2 assassins own. if u use them right they will kick some major but.

Yeah I suppose they would but I personally like dropless better. But i guess its how each person feels but there is no point in complainin when the wipe should've already happened and will happen soon anyways though :)

Every grey almost definitely wants 3 knights 1 cleric 1 scout 1 LW 1 BW 1 witch 1 enchy. That leaves only one free space, which spawns the dropless debate of assassin vs. pyro. And if you get a witch or cleric drop you could use one of those in that slot for gain, probably. But two assassins? Which of the nine essentials mentioned above would you take out?

As for the bug itself, I've never hread of it. :\ Weird.

Did we ever figure out if he did infact not get the piece, or that maybe he was a new guy not knowing that you had to place the uint in the settings?;)

The reasons for not recieving a unit include:
-Having too many units off field already
-finishing a match but being in the battle screen when the message appears
-losing after being in battle during a unit drop
-not having a unit drop at all.

Let's be very specific. You're saying you had entered the arena, moved a few units (had a few turns already), THEN saw the message, then continued playing (more then one turn), won, and did not recieve the piece?

You have to understand: I get this complaint every so often, and generally they are completely isolated; meaning the person either didn't deserve one or was simply lying to get a unit. Now IF all is well with your story I appologize in advance - you just have to understand how this generally would never happen.

How many units do you have in your off-field area already?
