Weird d/c

The other day I was on TAO about 2:00 AM Central and I was just sitting out in the lobby and I got d/c and I tried to log back on and it connection refused...I don't know if this is the game or my crappy IP, but it bugs me alot..It happened to me once in battle,too..

yeah yesterday, i dont want to be copycat but i was also in a battle and i was moving the witch when she stop, and it log me off to, it said connection refuse for about 2 min, until i let me go on
