It isn't a matter of which unit is best... in reality it's more of a question like "What collective group of units can I assemble to create a formation that pwns?" All of these units are great units, when used the right way. The stoney provides armour, the frosty provides ranged paralyzation, the chanty provides limited ranged paralyzation, but can paralyze many more units than the frosty. The barrier ward provides an impenetrable shield, and lastly the furgon provides shrubs that, though they have no HP, when used the right way, force an opponent to waste a turn destroying a shrub that's protecting other units or fencing in others.

So in reality this question cannot be answered. You can ask the question "What's your favorite unit out of this selection"... and that can be answered... but not the first question. ;)

I don't know. I've never liked enchantresses, and I used to actually trash them even if I only had 3 units off-field. It also seems to me that enchantresses and barrier wards are the least used units in the game.

I've never used an enchantress or a barrier ward. And I'm Grey so I haven't used any of the others either. It's always been like POOF!, half your army can't move for me. I personally think these units have a little too much magical power...
