ok, im in a battle and the guys scout shoot at my knite and hurt it than it only has to wait 1 turn. yet when i used mine and shoot at his peaple i have to wait 2 turns. whats going on?

He shot without moving and you shot and moved. Attacking = 1 wait + moving = 1 wait.
