Just a quick question. Why does the chance of blocking increase more after you hit an enemy on the side than on the front?

It doesn't? Hit a scout from the front, he'll go to +60. Hit him from the side, it's still +60.
Now, if he BLOCKS from the side, the blocking goes down much more than if he blocked from the front.

EDIT: Here's how it works.

Hit from the front: blocking goes up by the chance you had to block the attack (without any current adjustments). Knight would get +80.

Block from the front: blocking goes down by the chance you had to get hit by the attack. Knight gets -20.

Hit from the side: blocking goes up by the chance you had to block the attack, times two. This always works out to be the same as getting hit from the front. Knight would get +80 (40*2).

Block from the side: blocking goes down by the chance you had to get hit by the attack, times two. Knight gets -120 (60*2).

Is it me or does the DSM and pyro seem to block more than it should.........Like instead of the 67% of hitting him from the front is alot lower than that in reality......sorry its just somthing thats always bugged me

No, it's not just you. I find that they do that too and a front 67% like you said is more like 50 - 45%. I think some of you might agree that the pyros and DSM do block alot more than it says.

It's the new blocking system.

Example.
If you try and shoot or hit a knight from the front if he blocks it, he has -20 blocking percentage the next time around. Or something like that.

pfft. pyros have 80% blocking all sides. thats why i use one.

Well, if i shot you with an arrow, and you lived, wouldnt you want to either try blocking, or just stand there?
