Interesting Strat

I realized this when thinking about Seed's 10 knights. (dont ask what they are). If u surround a cleric with a lightning and barrier ward, it can only die from range units. Therefore, if u kill their weaker range units (mages, etc.) u automatically tie or win. However, because the dark mage can kill ur cleric in 1 shot, u have to watch out for those people. Note that if ur lightning ward is that close, chances are they are trading their wizard for a cleric. Pyromancers also good vs. this strat because it is pretty clumped, especially if u put it high up so that ur lightning ward can actually do something.

It seems that lots of strats people use is anti-newbs. For example, the dark witch kill healer thing. First of all, u lose ur witch. Second of all, most smart people dont put their cleric in the middle or put someting(light ward for me) far up enough that the 4 range isnt enough.

How? The barrier has more than 22, and it has armor anyway. I suppose if it was damaged the knight would kill it, but said statement is false.

If you had 1 knight at full health you could take that down. Knight hits barrier ward *which does not have armor by the way* Barrier ward loses focus. Lightning strikes knight. Knight hits cleric. Knight hits cleric. The end.

*edit- well, yes it does, technically. but your right, lightning ward can't hold a knight back because of its high recovery.

That's just scary.... you have freakin unlimited options in creating your army. Man... make me afraid. Course then again just won a game against someone with two clerics and two dark witches on the board, and I just had normal start with the extra gold account stuff.

i am betting that Dromar is showing us his shiny legends account where drops are a lot more frequent and drop rare golderer units. NOT his grestlakes (or where ever else he is here) account. But yes shown formation is INSANE!!!!

but you only have two offensive units dromar? if they kill your mud golem and scout, and are able to keep a dragon and scout alive (which seems very practical) how would you mange a draw?
