The Lapidification Pixie is a small human-like creature with small wings that hovers above the ground. He carries his enchanted staff to wreak havoc on his enemies.

Name: Lapidification Pixie
HP: 34
Armor: --
Power: 6
Range: 1
Block: 22%
Movement: 7
Wait: 2

Movement: The LP can move 7 spaces. But even though he can fly, he does not teleport. He simply flies across the board, hovering over spaces.

Attack: The LP raises his staff with both hands, as it begins glowing with magical power, he strikes an enemy unit with it causing 6 damage.

Lapidify: When the LP attacks a unit, his special attack "lapidify" is activated. When Lapidified, a unit is paralyzed(turned to stone). Once lapidified, they will remain so for two turns. Even if the unit blocks the attack. Once lapidified, a units wait does not go down. It will remain the same until the effect is over.

Note: Unlike the Enchantress/Frost Golem, the Lapidification Pixie does not go into focus when it paralyzes a unit.

Note 2: Since the Lapidification Pixie hovers above ground, it is not affected by the Mud golem's mud quake.

I like it, but it's too similar to the Berserker.

And I enjoy it so much that I'll give you a hint. How about when a unit is lapidified, its recovery time from immediately before the lapidification is the recovery time after it is unfrozen. Understand?

Example: Knight has +1 recovery during your turn. You zap 'em. He waits two turns until he's unfrozen. He's freed. Now, he stil has +1 recovery to wait off.

I don't see how that idea makes it look less like a berzerker if it is basically the same as 2 turn stun

Except for the fact that it's paralyzed... and any attack will hit it. If you ask me, that's a lot better than stun.

And a bersy stuns for one extra turn, LP paralyzes for two.

i like it, though i think it can do a deal more damage. 6 is practically nothing, it could do say 12-ish and still be balanced. i like the wait-stall thingy. the attack is blockable and the lap-whatsis happens either way right?

Two turns of "paralysis" is more than enough damage. Especially if you can scout snipe it without worrying about blocking.

Yeah they're lapidified even if they block.

The six damage is designed that way for a reason. It's not meant to deal considerable amounts of damage. He's more for finishing units off. Any higher and he'd be a cleric killer.

Example: All you have left is LP and DT.
Your opponent has knight, mud golem.
The mud golem is down to 5 health, instead of wasting your DT's attack on the golem, you can kill it with the LP.

i see what you mean, but i still think that it could use a little more power, post-armor it does 4 damage to a knight and 5 to a DT, barring the almost dead golems or post-DT-burn-pyro i dont think it can finish off anything. i'd make it 12 so that it can do 9 damage to a knight, but its your call. good job overall.

There isn't going to be a new edition of TAO, but perhaps a new addition. :)

it's good... maybe to good. Why would anyone bother to use a berzerker when there's this unit?

it beats any unit in a 1 on 1. It doesn't need to do more.
