(This topic is not so much about strategy, but I couldn't find a better place, sorry if I chose the wrong section.)

With the new rules, I noticed that Poison Wisps are no longer common to see, are they? Before the new rules many many players used one.
The fact is, I noticed that when I play a good player that uses a Wisp (rare situation, but it happened somtimes), many times I left a very good tile for my opponent's Wisp...
In other words, I am wondering if the fact that Wisps are now uncommon to face had made we lose our ability to battle them... Does it happen to you too?

I know I am a noob, so probably it's my lack of skills, but before the new rules I wasn't making such big errors against a Wisp...

Let me know your opinions about this.

PS: Sorry for my english >>

the fact is the wisp is only used well on me when I dont pay attention, like in my game against FA, I thought I had it till the wips pwnage, but I knew the move I made was bad before I made it I didnt care though.;)

Basicly If anything the wisp is more of a threat unit if you know how to get around it.

Still it can be a great unit in end game, and as a stalling unit.

I find many uses for it, but I am starting to use a BR instead, it is more mobil, and less wait time, it is harder to kill then a scout, and generally can be great for many things.

I think a BR is as easy to kill as a scout, people just don't prioritize killing it.

BR is the best replacement for mud golem, IMO, but while I like it in turts, I think it really shines in freestyle, specifically flanking the #### out of those one sided rushes.

Wisp is still good though. Only now it is more limited to tacticile use, as opposed to blindly rushing a cleric. I only use wisp in one of my rushes now, and it is on the third row. it has both offensive and defensive potential though.

I usually use the wisp in my turt, because when I'm against a mage bomb, I use the wisp to weaken the DSM, and use knight or dragon to finish DSM off. So to me, the wisp is a great unit for any situation.

Also the poison effect is uneffected by armor, so no matter how high the armor of the enemy, the wisp eventually brings down the enemy unit's health so that it is low enough to be killed in 1 hit.
Wisp=good on rush and turt games.
