Yea like some other people have said you just need to press the print screen button. Then you paste it into paint or word or something then upload it to imageshack or somewhere else.

All he said was. " Ive had some realy cool battles but ive always wondered how some people take screenshots can somone plz tell me how to do that "

Nothing about cheating. Or pasting the screenshot into paint.

You still don't get the point do you?

Pasting the screenshot into paint is actually part of taking the actual screenshot. Just pressing printscreen isn't going to show you the screenshot, pasting is. So, Yea.
