Who do you tell if you know someone has been hacked but that peoson doesnt play anymore and is wasting 5dollars a month for a hacker to get on his account.

You tell the person who got hacked to cancel the payment on his credit card.

Problem solved; since he doesn't play the account anymore, the payment will default, the account will go grey, then it will get wiped.

EDIT: It is irrelevant whether or not someone is playing the account, since the payments will automatically go through his credit card.

What I am saying is, someone hacking into his account doesnt matter, since the payment will come out regardless. Until he cancels the payments, he will keep paying for the account.

Well there is not much you can do. He either does not realize that he is still paying (he does get a bill every month) or 5 dollars is insignificant to him. But it is in his hands, noone elses.

so this makes me believe you don't talk to him anymore online, and you don't know him in person, which means you can't even be positive that it's not your friend that's using it now

if we deleted every account someone said is "haxed" JUST BECAUSE they told us to, there would be very few gold accounts. If the account has done nothing wrong, and you have no proof that this person doesn't want his account active, then you have no claim. Sorry.
