Yet another connection refused thread. :rolleyes: Send a ticket with your IP and see if your IP is in close relation with another IP that was banned, if not then I don't know. These connection refused threads are boring, I remember about 5 off the top of my head. :dry:

lol it aint his graphics card.

But I do think that your computer has a block on it that stops files from reading your files, I believe TAO needs that, and I know AIM, and MSN do that.

restarting windows will clear everything off his comp what he saved and i don't think he wants that, Go to your firewall and check see if you have blocked msn or aim, TAO....You might of been IP banned...Do what Diamond said.

Actually, no. Restarting does not clear everything off. Saved forms, passwords and even cookies can remain if your settings are set to do so.

Also, if you read what he said:

Firebrand, most likely you have a firewall or other security setting that is blocking your access. You will need to check the security settings of your browser, as well as any other firewall (including the XP built in firewall) to see what is blocking your access.

I was at my friends house.. I can log on to my name any where except from my computer in my room.. :dry:
