Because he is the type who revels in being special. Having all reds makes him different. If you make him simply have one box, then he is just another fool.

eh, just keep him at 1-4 reds.

That's not enough red to be special. and he is generally disliked by the community, so I think a red or two is appropriate.

btw, if you have red boxes you have -ive rep right? now since how much you pos and neg is tied to how much you have, shouldnt deep's negs at this point amount to a pos? or did i just confuse myself?
