Ahhh, so it's come to this. Not quite a goodbye, but still . . .
I have to leave TAO, and I won't be back for a while. I have already told Freddyadu about this, and it's now time to tell you. This one's for real, folks, unlike those I have made in the past. Work's been tough lately (those who read my 'So I got to thinking' thread, know what I'm referring to),and I've gained more responsibility. More work = less play, and that's the tough reality of it.
To sum it up, I will be canceling the accounts that I have sponsored for so long. There are a few folks that I've been sponsoring since last June, and I'm truely sorry that I'll be canceling you short notice. After taking a long look at my finances, I realized that I have been spending close to 100$ a month on TAO (well, 85$, but still . . .). That's unacceptable. Period. I managed to accumulate 17 sponsorees since I started playing last May, and I don't regret any of them. I simply cannot justify paying for 17 folks, especially if I'm no longer in the game. : I'll wait 'til the 5'th of next month until I cancel the golds, that way you can have another month outta them to look for sponsors.
I'm not going to go with the traditional 'shoutouts', because:
1) It'd take up too many posts and time.
2) I kinda like everyone here for certain qualities they possess (yes, including a lot of noobs).
3) I can't think of a third option, just felt like taking up space.
I'll be around. Honest. I'll drop in and say hello, talk smack, kick some butt in the Rap Attack thread, and catch up with the game, but I will no longer be a regular here. I'll come back, though, after everything clears up. I hear there's plenty of time to waste while you're in college *cough* Endless! *cough*. I'll most likely end up coming back when Boogie does, at least that's as far as my schedule goes (scary, I know). So, Boogie and I can have a glorious second coming together! Look for us.
Anyway, as always - take it easy. And don't forget: Noobs have potential, just give 'em a chance. Look how I turned out. :*pardon:
