alright i'm making a list of suggestion that r made like once or twice a week, maybe ppl will read this and see whats been suggested so they WONT SUGGEST IT AGAIN FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME (sorry i'm getting annoyed at reading the same thing over and over and over and over and OVER again)

Community supported
(generally good ideas, but most would take long time to program)

The ability to watch
the ability to ignore certain ppl in the lobby via a /ignore [name] option
3 or 4 player battles
meaningful rating system
replay system and/or varaition of
/w [name] -- whisper function for private conversations
decline battle function
multiple-setup saves for instantanious switching

Need to DIE

gold v. grey balance... this game is not MEANT to be balanced grey v gold, get over it guys (this from a grey)
different/more options for a payment system
unit trading

Iffy
terrain (1 vote that it needs to die, most everyone else supports, soo...)

if i missed any let me kno, i'll add things via edit so it'll be on the top of the list, and i'll periodically bump this thread (unless the admis wanna scrap it and just make a sticky so everyone would always see it up top? *hint hint* ;) )

This topic has kind of died down as of late, but it was very common before.

3 - 4 player battles. I briefly discussed with Bills a while ago, said it would be like 6-7 units per person if so.

Also,

Terrain (Giving certain spaces on the board distinct statistics and dfferent colorings to mark them as such.)

Thats about all I think you have missed.

1) A meaningful Rating system
2) Replay ability, OR, alternatively
2b) Text notation of the game (although this is hard, since you have to keep track of dmg/wait states)

The other ideas are great, however, multi-player games is an entirely different category.

How about two or three players controlling one set of 10 in a game (would be equivalent to spec with chat)?

Trading units. That's a suggestion that NEEDS to die.

That and balancing out Gold vs Grey.

*bump*

admins, can we get a sticky, plz...? not necesarily this one, but a sticky of some sort outlining what suggestions r made often would help, not to mention most ideas that r generally supported by the community would probably end up on the list

drakon, can you add:
-setup saving, so you can switch between multiple different setups at the click of a button
-some sort of '/w' whisper function
-some way to accept/decline battles (prevent jumping)

*bump* added... i wasnt really sure about the multiple setup save thing, seems to me that would clog their servers like nobodies business which is why i put it under iffy

--EDIT i've seen more support for it so i changed where it is

How bout soem sort of message more specific than "(player) has lef the arena"..... maybe telling us if it's a disconnect, or the guy closed the window, or he sweared.....

I personally would like to see:

1. Multi-player battles (of course) :D
2. Formation Saves

I do NOT want to see:

1. Terrain (the game is perfect in it's simplicity... please leave it how it is... please!)

Just my two cents! :)

*bump* again, i changed the subject name, maybe ppl will read more often now?

--EDIT: scratch that, the change didint carry over to the main board... hmmm perhaps i should repost to change that and get rid of all these annoying bumps?

oh please!
make a /ignore feature. It gets really bad sometimes when you get a bunch of spammers going or just the usual kids playing in chat thing. That and there's just some people nobody wants to listen too.
