Trading Between Clan Members

I think that since ppl r in clans now, they should be able to trade units with each other, i have been lookin for a certain unit for my set-up and haven't been able to get it in the drops because they r never around even though some ppl in my clan say they have extras of these units and would gladly trade so if nething could be done it would benefit everyone to be able to customize ur troops with ur clanmates!

I agree. I thought I heard someone talking about doing this, but when I asked, they said it was impossible. Big disapointment because with so many people with 2+clerics, I need more than 1 as well. (I just baught my GOLD membership for that reason)

I'm not so sure.

The trading units prospect would probably require some serious programming, and even with all of the members on TAO, I don't know if it could work.

In the future, maybe. Right now, I'm not so sure.

Interesting idea, though.

How many times will this come up? I mean, usually at least the most recent "We should be able to trade units!" thread is on the next page; but right now, it's still on the first page! You just need to scroll down!

Anyway, as Bills said here (http://www.tacticsarena.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2567):

THERE IS NO TRADING NOR WILL THERE BE TRADING EVER.

Keep in mind that this would be incredibly easy to abuse. Since grey accounts are free, just make a new one and trade yourself all the units you could possibly want. And viola, everyone has all the Witches, Scouts, Lightning Wards, and Clerics they can hold.

Bottom line: NO TRADING! AT ALL! EVER!

And, for future suggestions, search through the forum a bit before posting a new thread, mkay? Because the idea of trading units comes up ALL THE TIME.
