Connection Refused

Hi..Im havin a problem loggin to any server including the Legends.. I do not have a Gold account..Everytime i try to log in to any server or create new accounts..I get A connection Refused error..I closed all my pop up blokers..i got no firewall, and YES i reboot my pc in fact i have had this problem for like ..2 days now..any ideas how to fix it?? is anyone else gettin it?..i already used Firefox and IE so..im out of ideas..

well maybe you could be kicked or maybe you dont have the right flash player vesion thing

well the flash player i dont think so cuz i use to play it ..like 4 days ago and i been playin the game for like 1.4 years soo..and i can play other flash games..The kick could be it..But Why would they kick me ..i didnt even know they could kick u..hehe specially when u havent done anything wrong =( ..soo anyone..any ideas how to fix it?? I wanna play!

It's probably something to do with the fact that you're banned. If you run along a dial-up connection, you coulda came up upon Chaingang's or someone IP adress. Try clearing your cache, or go to a new browser. Or someone is on your account...

Well, first off, what browser are you using?

Im usin IE and Mozilla ..gettin connection refused with both..

Mozilla is better. Ok, here's how you clear your cache in Mozilla. At the top there are 7 dropdown menus. Click tools, and go to Clear Private Data. If you still can't get on TAO, go to x-factortao.com, and launch the game from there.

well i erased my cache and cookies and didnt wokr and launched it form x-factortao.com and i still got my connection refused =(..i dont understand hehe

Connection refused means that your connection is actively being blocked by TAO.
Either you were banned from all servers, or someone wasand you drifted into their IP.

If you can figure out how to release and renew your IP, I suggest doing so. Otherwise there is not a whole lot else that can help you. And there are WAY to many factors to getinto explaining how to do so.

I dont really know why this happens, but if you're on an XP your profile might be blocked. Im not really sure how to explain it since I dont understand it really.. but try making a new profile and see if it works.

Yeah, I know myself and a few others have had this problem. Maybe if Jeff sees this he will be able to explain since I doubt PMing serg about it would be much help.

Mybeu don't hav he updatversion of shockwave, typed username incorrectly or something, maybe create new account or kicked.
