Yo sup peoples! I think thw whole deal with clan ranking is awesome. However I think that it is dumb to have a clan ranked only if it has members that are ranked players. I think the best clans should be recognized but i also think that the smaller clans that r decent should get some recognition also.

You do realise that the ONLY information on clans and the players in them are gotten from the individual rating charts, right?
The reason the Clan Ranks only include those who have members who are ranked is because there is no other way to get player and clan stats from TAO.

Unless TAO releases access to the player database tiself, there will never be a way to do what you are suggesting. And that is not going to happen.

Jeffery's right, we can only make clan ranks with what we're given, which is the top 100 player ranks for each server.

Heck that is done all the time...Some noob comes to the forum and says that "XYZ" is the greatest!!! and it's mainly, because that is the only clan that they have had experience with.

how the hell would you rank a clan if it didnt have ranked members JX?
