How do you make people co leaders in your clan?

There is no specific action taht allows you to make someone a co-leader. The only way to make a co-leader is for a leader to announce that a person is a co-leader. There is nothing like /co-leader [name].

You can be a co-leader because in the clan welcome(in blue print)line sometimes it says and your co's are or co's are-------------=co leaders or something like that.
