I didn't reall read past the first three units but I like the first two but the third one seems overpowered.

Nice ideas with the thieves, but it seems that the cops and the thieves would be playing cat and mouse, and when they get caught they get bulked up into gladiators. Sounds like a lot of transforming and other stuff, like fighting in a coleseum. If I could see one of those units become real, I would choose the thieves, none of the rubbish(hope that wasn't to harsh).

... do you mean that during the game they transform, if thats the case thats not true, the stuff up top is only like a little history, thats all

Cool theme going on... good job :) I didn't take the time to see about "overpowered"/"underpowered"/etc... but I did want to say the Ceasar unit is pretty unique and cool idea if he can be balanced, as well as the bit of "war" theme between the "cops and robbers". Good creativity, maybe I'll look closer later about the overall balance.?.

Now all I have to do is say sheriff to laugh histerically, and Ceaser says to the sheriff, i won't go on. I have seen the attack pattern for the "sheriff" many times before go with go with theif and get rid of the others. Please.

P.S. "sheriff" ha ha ha ha (lol) ha ha ha ha (rotf) ha ha ha ha (lmao)
