this is mostly for the mods of the forums-
well, there have been many complaints that people want to go gold but their parents wont let them use their credit card and they want to pay in cash, i realise that this idea of anual payments had been declined and i think that you should just make a sticky saying that you HAVE! to pay with pay-pal and you CANT! pay with cash, all of these "i want to pay in cash" posts are getting annoing
